Job Description
We are growing fast and searching for the right person to grow with us. Experience and a solid editing reel & portfolio are important. But equally important is a passion for great storytelling, a strong and focused work ethic, the ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines, and the desire to be a part of a growing team of creatives working to build something great! In addition to taking on regular editing projects, you’ll also coordinate the in-flow & out-flow of drives to other editors working remotely, oversee archive & storage of completed projects, and communicate regularly with other members of the post-production team to ensure a smooth and timely workflow. The position is 5 days a week, 8 hours per day.
Rate
Salary 45k-55k annually based on experience with room to grow. Paid time off for major holidays. Possible additional benefits coming/TBD in 2020.
DESIRED Qualifications/Skills
College Degree
Strong Adobe Premiere Editing Skills & Experience, including short-form marketing content
Must have Adobe Creative Suite Experience
Basic After Effects Experience
Experience/Comfort-Level with working on multiple projects on tight deadlines
Portable or In-House Editing System required for remote work
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking ability
Resourcefulness and problem-solving
Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines while keeping everyone in the loop
Some Management or Coordinating Experience is a plus
