Post-Production Supervisor Application
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Post-Production Supervisor reports to the Owner and Production Manager. The Post-Production Supervisor will be responsible for the post production process, during which you’ll maintain clarity of information and good channels of communication between the producer, editor, motion graphics artist, post sound mixer, and the client. The position is currently part-time, but has the potential to grow into a full-time position. Some hours will be worked partially in the office and some remotely. Work schedule is flexible.
RATE
Starting rate between $20-25/hr based on experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Creating the Post-Production Schedules per Projects
Keeping open communication between the Client, Producer, and Post-Production Team
Maintaining the Organization of our Vimeo Page
Sharing Project Edits with the Client for Review/Approval
Compiling Assets needed for Post-Production from Client and Sharing them with Post-Production team
Sharing client revision notes with the Post-Production Team
Delivering the final videos to the client
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
College Degree
Must have Professional Editing or Assistant Editing Experience
Must have Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite Experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Google Suites Drive
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking ability
Resourcefulness and problem-solving
Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines while keeping everyone in the loop
Enthusiastic about providing high quality service to customers, build and maintain relationships with customers
Eager to provide creative direction as well as evoke artistic/unconventional thinking in team members
Proactive approach to problem solving, ability to fix issues quickly while maintaining professionalism
Comprehensive understanding of post-production process, including file formats, procedure, and delivery
Goal oriented individual that understands what steps must be taken to reach achievement of a set of tasks
Willingness to take direction from upper management, regional management, as well as on-location operations manager and creative director(s) – fervently demonstrate teamwork.
Highly organized – constantly checking-in and understanding status of all projects, redirecting resources as necessary
